Whenever one of my favorite bloggers takes a week off I’m like What have you been doing? Anything good???
When it’s me, I’m reminded that it’s probably nothing more exciting than housework, doctor appointments, playdates and/or monotonous errands. I wish I had something fabulous to tell you but…Sorry, I don’t.
I haven’t been feeling great lately. Low energy, dizziness, headaches, blah, blah, blah. I know exercise is a big part of it for me so, after a too-long hiatus, I’ve started running again (running is my absolute first love). I’m now pretty sore and walking like Frankenstein. Yes, very sexy.
While I’m not one to jump on diet trends (since most trends are a crock of doodie concocted by extremist-minded “experts”), I’m going to try a gluten-free/dairy-free diet plan for 30 days and see how I feel. It worked for a friend of mine and I figure What have I got to lose?
I’m going to be jones’n for my favorite indulgences for sure so I might be a teensy bit grouchy this month.
