Make these and eat’m. You’ll thank me.

Yum!  These are amazing crackers.

Hold on.  Is your definition of amazing the same as mine?  I get excited about things like crackers and hummus and fruit and healthy stuff like that so if that’s how you generally eat, you’ll be happy you’re reading this post.  If you tend to eat more indulgently, try something new and make them anyway.  (I also eat plenty of not so healthy things, too.)

I found the recipe for these crackers (an at-home version of the Mary’s Gone Crackers brand) accidentally on Sarah Britton’s blog  They’re actually gluten-free but I personally am not.  They’re just so delicious it doesn’t matter if they’re this-free or that-free.  Sarah is also chock full of information on nutrition, since she’s a certified nutritional practitioner.  She writes with a kind, approachable voice.  Never preachy, but rather gently nudging the reader to consider a healthier lifestyle.  Her recipes are just great and I’m looking forward to getting my hands on the cookbook she’s working on.
